Hi Friends,
My life is like a droplet full of rainbow. This small bubble of energy is filled with amazing colours of curiosity and creativity. My journey into curiosity started during my childhood when I expressed myself through short poems using simple rhyming words. As I grew up, my curiosity and creativity suffered in the hands extremely busy and competitive way of life. But I never allowed imagination to die inside me.
After completing my MBA I worked at large organisations in the sales function for 10 years after which I thought of listening to my calling. I wanted to be a trainer and build people's capability using creativity and innovation.
I quit my job and opened my wings to flow with the winds of my calling. It was a difficult decision, especially with the responsibility of a family. But, I took the leap of faith. Walking on the twisted tracks of life for 6 years, I am now able see a faint light of success and feel a greater sense of self-worth. Most importantly, I am happy that I did not give up. Now, I wear three caps - Corporate Trainer, Motivational Speaker and Author
As a Corporate Trainer, I delivered training (sales and behavioral training) at major FMCG and Retail companies in India and Bangladesh.
Some of the FMCG companies are - Kellogg's, Britannia, Coca Cola, Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., Marico Bangladesh, Emami, Kraft Heinz, HealthKart.
Some of the Retail companies are - Big Bazar, Central, Fashion BigBazar, Home Town, EZone.
As a Motivational Speaker, I delivered motivational sessions at Institutes, Seminars and also conducted sessions for participants from the underprivileged families.
Through my motivational sessions I try to make people aware of the greatness within them. I get immense satisfaction when I see their eyes shine with resurrected dream and rejuvenated desires.
As an Author, I have written a science fiction based thriller, soon to be published. I am very passionate about the field of science and I strongly believe that science fiction plays an important role in creating interest about science among children.
This blog is another endeavor for sharing random bubble of ideas and inspiration. Please share your comments for the posts.
I thank Toastmasters International, USA for awarding me the Competent Communicator award and I thank all my fellow members for helping me to win several Public Speaking Contests.
